After my first loop of Khan I felt like a completely different person — I couldn't identify with my old thoughts anymore

This morning, after my first loop, it's weird because I feel like I am not me. There is a clear dissociation between who I was yesterday and today. I saw myself slowly becoming a better version of myself... but this morning I listened to a loop of Khan and when I got out of my house, I noticed I was a new person. I can still remember my depressive thoughts, I can still remember my lack of confidence — but it's like I don't identify with it anymore.
