Khan manifested a massage room for my business in a single conversation at the vape shop

Damn, what the hell is in Khan? I was at the vape shop and this guy walks in. Him and his wife make homemade candles and body sprays. We were talking about his business. I mentioned I was looking for a place to do massage — at my current place I can't set my own prices and I do have a boss. The dude just looked at me and said that the place he just got for rent has a room in the back that's big enough to be a massage room. Just like that. An opportunity for my own space just fell in my lap through a casual conversation.
