Intensive daily Muay Thai — 4-5 sessions per week, 3 hours each with regular sparring, plus daily jump rope, running, static squats, and flexibility work. Experiencing remarkably fast physical improvements and recovery. I sprained my ankle again while running and after only two days I'm back to training — just finished 30 minutes jump rope at maximum speed. The recovery speed is amazing.
