HERO Stage 3 Cleaned Out My Head Space — Old Patterns Lost Their Grip Completely

Summary on Stage 3 Air: Stage 3 made me see what's my current state from above, observing where I have fallen into emotions and then guiding me slowly out of them into clarity of the mind. My world came to a standstill where I could see the next step clearly and then follow through. Stage 3 cleaned out my head space through non-identification with beliefs I had. What a great experience that I am not what I believed — instead finding something that fits better. From hidden, blind, unconscious beliefs into consciously choosing what to believe is like mental freedom. Fresh ideas started to form from a new place of clarity, old patterns lost their grip, and like a refreshing breeze new ways and solutions formed. The need to rush things fell away and many times I took my extra time to reevaluate things. What a journey so far!
