HERO Water May Be the Best Sub I've Listened To — Helped Me Process Grief and Years of Emotional Struggle

This might have been the best sub I have listened to, mainly Water. Had a long depression from quitting nicotine, and experienced significant personal loss including a close friend's death and grandmother's health crisis. Water helped me pick up the pieces and move forward — transmuting sadness and anger into positive change, helping me process emotions which has been something I've struggled with my entire life.
