Everything felt like a mission. I walked miles to get the job done — and came back feeling great.

I listened to a 10-minute loop of Art of War yesterday. Today I got up early. I didn't have my car and had to go to a bank that was kind of far. I was thinking to procrastinate until Monday — but something came over me, and I just walked the whole distance. Got the job done and walked back. I felt great during the walk. The weather was good, the birds were singing, it was peaceful. Time to actually hear my own thoughts. At the mall the day before, I had way more eyes on me than usual. Everywhere I looked, I caught some girl staring. The emotional regulation is also good — I stopped associating my mood with myself and just got things done. The mission aspect of Art of War is great. Everything feels like a mission. It's kind of fun.
