Emperor Daddy brought back my 5am gym routine — and my colleagues noticed the energy shift.

Something reset in me. Since running Emperor Daddy, I've started a new routine — waking at 5am every day and going straight to the gym for a powerlifting session before work. Just like I used to be on Emperor, two or three years ago. That version of me is back. The euphoria during morning sessions is different. Higher. The energy carries through the day in a way my colleagues have noticed and commented on. They come to me now for fitness inspiration. They sense something. The drive isn't forced. It just is.
