Ran It Before Bed, Slept Fine — Then Did a 3-Mile Run for the First Time in Years

I ran this once about two hours before bed. I thought it might negatively impact my sleep but it didn't at all — even had a good night with my wife. The next morning it was: wake up, cup of coffee, get moving. Very productive — tackling several jobs around the house and going for a 3-mile run, which I haven't done in years. Normally on a Sunday I'd be writing garbage in a journal, contemplating nothing. Very pleased with the immediate shift.
