Diamond almost single-handedly resolved my ED — one loop a week, improved arousal and full control

Diamond ZP v2 without ME almost single-handedly resolved my major troubles with ED. Improved arousal, better control, enhanced confidence. One session per week is the cadence that works for me. I also ran KB Stage 1 for an extended period beforehand, which I believe helped release emotional blocks — that combination produced the most consistent results I've seen. Pairs well with Primal.
