Upper body workout Friday. Bench press 225x5, 245x5, 265x5, 225x10. Last 2 sets were grinders on last reps.
Upper body workout Monday: Standing Military press 135x5, 155x3, 175x2, 185x1, 135x8.
Lower body workout today: Squats 315x3, 365x3, 405x3, 315x10. Closing in on my lifetime goal of 405x5. Will test out after Mexico. Will only have light workouts with high reps while I'm down there for 3 weeks.
