First loop of my QTKS custom. Best sleep in six months. I got up when my alarm rang.

First day post-loop on my QTKS custom and the dreams were hyperrealistic — I woke up and had to physically check that what happened wasn't real. The personal coach scripting kicked in immediately. I felt clearly that if I needed to get something done, I would do it. But the most striking part: sleep. I have no sleep module in this custom at all. And yet I had the best sleep I've had in six months. Woke up refreshed. My alarm rang and I got up immediately — that almost never happens to me. Internal effects are stronger and more present than with any previous custom I've run. The QTKS format amplifies everything.
