Running my custom consistently for a month changed everything. I went from bartending full time, drinking four to seven times a week, using hard drugs regularly, and borrowing money from my parents to pay rent — to waking at 5 AM every day, going to the gym before work, doing twenty minutes of meditation, taking an ice cold shower, and prepping a full nutritional meal. My commute became forty minutes of audio books and twenty minutes of breathwork.
