New Job, 40% Pay Bump, New Laptop — One Month Into My Custom With Crown & Capital

I have ECC in my custom. It's been a little over a month of consistent listening. Results: New job. 40% bump in pay. Great package. Expanded responsibilities. Agreed to test my app in the company. New wardrobe. New tech at no cost to me — a brand new gamer laptop I can run local AI on. These are the starkest examples of change in the last few weeks and they are leaps and bounds above many of the experiences I had running this custom previously. I can look back at old journals and see when Khan was leading the pack or when EOG was leading. This time it's so balanced and the only difference is ECC. It makes me think back about things I didn't handle in the most optimal way and I replay them — not beating myself up, but teaching myself how to recognize what better looks like. It is humbling. It is exciting.
