Heart Chakra Opened in 15 Minutes — A Bridge Between Two Worlds

After just 15 minutes of Chosen From Within, I entered a state that usually requires much longer meditation sessions to reach. My heart chakra expanded and I felt extremely light and airy, unified with my surroundings. I felt fully in control of my emotions and reality, with consciousness expanding as though a bridge had been formed to connect two worlds. I was calm, peaceful, and composed in a way that felt effortless rather than achieved. There was an unusual experience of sensing non-verbal communication with the people around me — I'm still processing what that means. For something that took 15 minutes, the depth of the shift was remarkable.
