51-year-old tech exec spent 4 hours studying with zero distraction — Beyond Limitless put me 'in the zone' from day one

51, married, 4 kids out of the house. Tech Exec, former Sr. System/Network Admin with 20 years professionally in tech. Until recently I was massively motivated, top of my game, always learning — now I am bored out of my mind for a variety of reasons, lack motivation, sort of going along for the ride. Goals: Picking up some new skills in tech, eyeballing attacking some Offensive Security courses to re-engage my love for tech and expand current skill sets into pen testing. A bit more motivation and overall productivity. Regarding my initial two loops on Sunday, had a good day after those loops. I spent about 4 hours studying and felt less distraction and "in the zone." Today was a rest day, had a productive day and in a fantastic "better than normal" mood.
