First verbal confrontation in years — stood my ground on autopilot, and won

Ascension shows its first effects after only three listens. There is a sense of inner strength arising and a feeling of not accepting certain things anymore. Today I had my first verbal confrontation — I was able to control the conversation well and partly reacted as if on autopilot. The words just came out, but I was in control, and I quickly went on the offensive. It worked very well. Ascension had already clearly shown its effect and I was amazed myself. I now understand what people mean when they say you have to control Ascension and not let it control you.
