Ascension lit a fire in me — fitness, diet, nofap, productivity all shifted overnight

Running Ascension, RICH, and GM — the day after the first listen I felt a power and purpose wake up in me I hadn't had in a long time. A push to get my body back on point, my eating habits right, and my nofap goals on track. I was going to the gym and not going through the motions. I stopped junk food entirely. I felt this constant feeling inside that being unproductive was wrong. The flame in me was building and building. I'm eager to see what running two back-to-back cycles will do.
