At 33 I enjoy working for the first time in my life — a true identity-level change

I listened to Ascended Mogul for 5 weeks. I actually like and enjoy working now — that is probably the biggest thing, because I have disliked working since high school and I am 33. That is an identity-level change. I am no longer afraid to stand up for myself or my coworkers, and I got nominated for a union officer position because of this. My productivity increased — I figured out how to manage my time to get work done on time while also finishing personal projects.
