Welcome to the Fourteenth Day of the

Subliminal Master Course.

Today we’ll be going over additional habits, hobbies and practices that you can utilize in order to make your subliminal results and journey better and smoother.

Now, it’s not a requirement for you to start doing these right away (or at all) – it’s if you desire to help out the processing of your mind to a further extent and to make your experience with subliminals more enjoyable.

Let’s get started.

Working Out

During the process of reconciliation there can be an excess of energy/restlessness in the body.

This restlessness is a symptom of the work being done deep within. You can think of it as similar to the dust that rises during excavation.

In our research we have found that one of the best ways to release this restlessness is physical exertion.

It’s not going to remove the underlying cause (i.e whatever is currently being worked through), but it will “discharge” this restlessness and help you be calmer and more centered during the periods of reconciliation.

By being physically active you’ll also be taking action (for some subliminals) and lessening the obsessive need to constantly look for changes and results.

Now, this lust for results isn’t exactly negative.

Those who are in manifestation circles and even those who have some experience with spirituality will say – that’s absolutely wrong!

Here’s the thing…

When you are dealing with basic concepts, affirmations, manifestation and some less effective spiritual practices for manifestation, yes, lusting for results can short-circuit the process.

Not so much when you are dealing with cutting edge subliminal technology.

Due to the processing queue and the scripting contained within, you will at most, put a very light damper on processing and most likely it’s not going to affect your processing much at all.

What will happen however, is a slight increase in the reconciliation fog, making you slightly more prone to doubt and emotional behavior. Furthermore, you will be making your journey much less enjoyable since you would be constantly obsessing over your results.

It is much less dangerous than handwaving away your results, because by handwaving your results away with logic you are in essence, training your mind to handwave results and showing it that you don’t truly want it to work on the things you desire. By lusting for results, you can divide it into lusting for results without action and with action. If you are lusting for results but taking action, you shouldn’t worry about it too much. If you are sitting around and hoping, lusting for things to happen, you must shake yourself out of it and start taking action.

Ultimately, obsessing and lusting isn’t going to stop the processing and execution of our subliminals, but it will make your journey not so fun. In other words, you’ll develop and grow, as well as achieve the results you desire in a similar way that you would without obsessing, but your journey when not obsessing will be much more fun, relaxed, and obvious.

You can categorize it in this way:

  1. Lusting for results without taking action, handwaving away any results that appear – the worst option. Please, avoid this. Any other option, if adding handwaving away, will fall around here as well.
  2. Lusting for results without taking action.
  3. Lusting for results without taking action, being mindful of results – not the worst, use it to lead you and motivate you into action.
  4. Lusting for results with action, nurturing results – pretty good, not “optimal”, but we are human after all. Perfection is not necessary for massive growth. Use the lust for results for motivation. Don’t beat yourself up over not letting go of the desire – desire is human, embrace it and use it. Over time, you will grow greater understanding as you realize that with action and listening great things are possible.
  5. No lusting, taking action, being mindful of results and building/nurturing/cultivating your results, using the results for further motivation – best. Not always attainable, but with experience you will be here quite a bit, sometimes fluctuating between 4. and 5. depending on reconciliation.

How does this tie in into working out? By working out, you are reducing/eliminating one of the aspects responsible for this impulse to obsess – restlessness, and hence making your growth on our subliminals that much more delightful. And if you still experience restlessness and that impulse for obsession, use it towards other goals (such as work). It is still energy that can be used – even the most negative of emotions can be used for great things, if you have the self-awareness and control to do so. That is why we say that it’s not a purely harmful phenomenon.

Now, what type of workout should you do?

That is completely up to you.

Running, swimming, cycling, bodybuilding, powerlifting, martial arts, dancing – all are a good choice. The aim here is physical exertion, so anything that makes you sweat and move, even a little bit, is good. Note, some exercises are better depending on what you are trying to achieve.

For example, want to achieve greater confidence? Martial arts are an incredible way to do so. They will develop the warrior spirit and the sense of unrelenting force that drives you to achieve while helping you relax in adverse situations because you know what you are capable of.

Finally, some exercises have spiritual components to them. Be aware of that – an example of this is yoga. If you are taking serious yoga classes, that will often involve extensive spiritual development and not solely focus on the physical aspect of asanas (which are just a single branch of yoga).

Spiritual Practices

Now, this one is going to be related to the previous one.

You might be wondering – can practices such as Yoga and Qigong be useful for your subliminal journey?

The answer is yes.

If you aren’t all that spiritual and don’t care for spiritual practices, energy and other similar topics, consider that the simple act of relaxation, development of limberness, sensitivity and overall harmony within the body is going to have positive effects on your ability to go through reconciliation, as well as general enjoyment during it.

But let’s look at it from a more spiritual perspective.

We didn’t talk about Yoga or Qigong in-depth during the previous part when we were mentioning things such as swimming and running. This is on purpose, as they have slightly different effects on subliminal processing and reconciliation.

While physical exertion is going to cause a release of restlessness, energetic practices will help develop your body and energy, allowing you to utilize more of your energy and help the energy flow smoother. This is going to have an overall beneficial effect on your life and on subliminal processing – your subconscious mind will have more to work with.

This is going to be most apparent with subliminals such as Libertine which rely heavily on auras. You can of course use aura-based subliminals without any spiritual practices – by the simple act of using them your aura becomes stronger and more effective (not to mention the technology of each subliminal).

It’s important to have control if you are going to be utilizing energetic practices for your subliminal goals. Having more energy due to them can have a strengthening effect – meaning more reconciliation can happen. We’ve had a couple of cases where individuals who considered themselves highly spiritually advanced were stricken by incredibly deep reconciliation.

Most usually it is a case of not realizing how much work there really is left within our subconscious minds, but at times it can be due to your increased capacity to process, reconcile and execute subliminals. It is an interesting phenomenon but, many individuals who are into self-development neglect a specific part of their being, usually the mind (including the subconscious), by focusing mostly on physical or spiritual development. The most obvious examples are bodybuilders in the endless cycle of pursuit of perfecting their physiques and consequent beating up over not achieving their goals, or overzealous spiritual individiuals who forgo anything earthly and “physical” without allowing themselves to learn from it or use it for grounding.

Note, zealousness towards your goals is not a bad thing. You want to be passionate and supremely dedicated to your goals. Losing balance, that is a bad thing. Be zealous, be fanatical towards one specific goal or aspect, but do not neglect other parts of your life and being. 

Now, are spiritual practices mandatory for your subliminal usage, however?

No, not at all.

There is absolutely no need for you to pick up a spiritual practice to get life-changing, incredible results with our subliminals. The most important guidelines are taking action, journaling and listening properly. These are recommended for a reason – they have been incredibly effective and help you truly transform yourself from the deepest levels of your being.

But if you desire to get slightly more “impact”, have a spiritual inclination, interest or desire, then try out energetic practices, see how it works for you. You’ll likely have to lower your loops by a bit to compensate.

Otherwise, you can just continue as you are. In essence, energetic practices allow you to require less input with less overall effort, meaning you’ll be able to achieve slightly more with less. They will also have beneficial effects on aura-based subliminals, and will of course be an integral part of any spiritual subliminal you are listening to (such as Alchemist), since they will be considered as taking action.

There are also other spiritual practices, such as those found in Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, shamanism, magic, Hermeticism, overall psychic abilities, etc. There are countless traditions to choose from, and we don’t discriminate or force you into any – one of our core principles is to create subliminals that are fully and completely free from our own internal biases (we have a dedicated team in place to review and ensure this is the case, just as a precaution and double measure). If you are into any of these that don’t have direct energetic work, think deeply whether they use up the subconscious processing queue or directly strain the systems that help the subconscious mind develop, grow and create results.

If they do not or in other words, if the effects from those spiritual traditions come from somewhere else other than the subconscious mind (such as praying to God for a specific outcome), then you’re good. Be mindful however, to have a stable foundation with subliminals. Remember, they are a separate, distinct part of your life. What we talked about before, applies here.

Be mindful that most spiritual traditions have a purifying effect aspect that can exacerbate reconciliation – deeper meditation, for example, can result in bringing things up into your conscious mind for you to deal with. It is up to you discover and decide on the amount of reconciliation and effects from spiritual practice that you can handle and are comfortable with.

Finally, which spiritual practices you choose is up to you. Make sure that if you do decide to pick up one that you monitor how you react to them and how it works with your subliminal. Always verify with your own experience and practice whether they are beneficial for you.

Introspection and Deep Thinking

Thinking deeply about yourself and being aware of all that comes up is an excellent way to intuit more about the deep processes that are happening on our subliminals.

You can do this during meditation for a deeper dive, or even while going about your day.

While this won’t directly affect your results, taking some time everyday to introspect and think deeply about yourself, your life, your goals and your potential issues might give you some nudges towards potential solutions.

In fact, an excellent approach is to be aware of these nudges and then take action towards resolving them – you’ll often find that these nudges were guiding you towards something the subconscious needed to take you to the next level.

This is also a part of what happens when you journal – when you do so, all kinds of insight float out of your subconscious mind and down onto the paper. With introspection however, you are attempting to notice this directly. More difficult of course, but beneficial.

Another great benefit of introspection is the fact that you’ll be able to know more about your deeper processes during periods of reconciliation when you feel like nothing is happening, or when there is a period of profound self-change and development deep within you that you aren’t able to notice normally.

Try not to overcomplicate things with deep thinking. All you really need to do is lie down or sit, relax, and let your mind guide you. Some prefer to foster silence, but if you do so try not to turn it into an outright no-thought meditation. You want to be at least aware of the thoughts that come up – they will usually be related to what is happening on some deeper level. The other option is to let yourself think freely, while being aware of the thoughts that come up.

Remember, this isn’t a spiritual practice per se – you are picking up on the nudges, emotions, beliefs and all other kinds of subconscious material that is “floating” out of your subconscious.

The other way is to simply be aware of what comes up during your daily life and how your thought processes develop. Do not disregard your conscious mind – the thoughts that are running in it can be caused by the subconscious. Hence, if you are aware enough you can get a glimpse of what is happening within you. Also do not disregard your bodily state and your emotions – they are additional signs for you to be aware of.

A simple example is you not being able to get any work done – you’re just unable to sit down and get into the zone.

You take a moment, relax a bit, take a breath, and focus on yourself. On your emotional state, your thoughts, your body. You notice your thoughts racing and the mind being “primed”, an anxious/unsteady current running throughout your body which has its muscles tensed as well as painting your emotional state in the unsteadiness which is mixed with a pinch of worry over not being able to work.

This would be a case of restlessness – the likely cause being reconciliation. You remember you listened to an extra loop, which you usually don’t.

You decide to workout to release the restlessness.

It fades, but there is still some of it left, so you take another thinking break and go deep.

You then find out you are constantly coming back to the thought of worrying for your parents.

You then call them and have a heart-to-heart. Your anxiousness and restlessness lowers further, and after an hour you feel the subconscious “yarn” loosening and finally the reconciliation phase is over.

You feel light, relaxed, amazing and focused.

Work comes easily.

Now, can all this be handled without your direct interference? Of course. But it’s going to take longer. Your action helps steer the subliminal. You can get incredible results without action, but you’ll completely change your life if you are taking action in concordance with the subliminal.

This deep thinking helps foster this process. While you’ll naturally figure it out by yourself without deep thinking (or the yarn will “unravel” without any action), deep thinking can help you become aware of it a bit quicker.

This is also why journaling is so important – it does a myriad of different things that helps your subliminal journey, but it also covers this function of giving you glimpses into what action you can take.

One caveat is that you won’t always be able to get insight through deep thinking. It’s a skill like any other, and sometimes the processes are simply too deep, numerous or complex. This can happen even more often when really deep work is being done. There is also a possibility of having numerous little nudges for a single tough subconscious structure that is being worked on over a timespan of days if not weeks.

Through journaling, this process is much easier to notice which is why we recommend it.

If you want to start introspection, remember not to replace journaling with it. Journaling is much more important and gives you a wide array of benefits that introspection cannot really cover. In other words, if you want to use introspection, use it in conjunction with journaling. And yes, you can do one right after the other (i.e journal normally, do some deep thinking and write down anything that comes up).

Good Diet/Sleep/Supplementation

Finally, we come to the good old taking good care of your body and mind.

There is a physical process to subliminal listening, so having your diet, sleep and supplementation covered is going to be helpful.

Through proper diet the overall functioning of your body will improve – this means enough carbohydrates, fats and protein, as well as a good balance of micronutrients, all from healthy sources. If you cannot get all the micronutrients through diet, feel free to research supplementation and see what you can do on that front.

This is quite an extensive topic and you probably already have an idea on how to achieve a better diet and what you need to improve, so we won’t be going too deep into it.

We did however notice and test that during reconciliation, sugar and at times salty foods can help alleviate reconciliation symptoms.

If you have a specific craving during reconciliation, consider trying it (without messing up your diet too bad). You can also consider trying a spoon or two of pure sugar, a mixture of salt and sugar dissolved in warm water, or electrolytes. For some these have shown to provide noticeable mood improvement during phases of reconciliation, due to the body needing more energy and/or better balancing to continue the reconciling process.

It’s not necessary in any way, but if you experience reconciliation you can try it and see how it feels for you.

On a similar note, we recommend not fasting while using our subliminals. Protocols such as intermittent fasting are fine, however please avoid not intaking food at all. Your body requires energy, and subconscious processing necessitates an additionally increased energy input. If you do fast, that is completely on you.

And of course, sleep is incredibly important. During sleep there are specific processes that unfold in order to help your mind reconcile the subliminal input. It’s quite common for our users to require an extra hour or even two of daily sleep – it’s completely normal.

Try to get as much sleep as your body requires, don’t cut it short. This will ensure the processing of the input can continue in an optimal manner.

If you are having issues with waking up groggy, consider timing when you wake up so that it coincides with the ending of your sleep cycle (the average sleep cycle being 90 minutes). Usually at the ending of the sleep cycle your awareness will be closer to wakefulness or you might even wake up for a couple of seconds by yourself – this is an excellent time to get up and start your day without grogginess.

Doing this will minimize any grogginess you might have. Of course, you rarely might still have such cases due to subliminal processing or subliminal effects. An example of this is Paragon, which can cause such profound healing that it requires plenty of deep sleep, causing you to have higher chances of waking up groggy – this is completely natural and can happen at times.

Utilization of Sensitivity

This is more of an advanced concept for the more experienced users. There is some anecdotal evidence from some of our more advanced users that, through utilization of their experience and sensitivity of their internal machinations, they are able to direct some subliminal effects that are being developed.

One example of this is here, where Saiyan4Blue explained the way he is utilizing his advanced sensitivity and experience to intuitively and consciously guide the Libertine subliminal:

Most people who use subs play them and forget… but try to explore them inside your own mind and body. Try to meditate on it. These are just things i do differently. And NO… im not saying you need to believe in them otherwise the dont work. Im saying that you have far more influense than you think you do by just using them passivly.

What is happening here is, through his sensitivity, Saiyan4Blue is able to explore the changes, sensations, influences and effects of the subliminal. As he correctly states, this is not related to belief, and this is definitely not related to any spiritual tradition or way of thought (such as the law of attraction) – this is a highly subjective and intuitive exploration of the inner being, that helped him achieve greater control over his inner world and become able to consciously guide the subliminal to a greater degree.

Now it goes without saying…

This is not necessary for you to learn. You can easily continue listening to our subliminals without ever having the need to do this – the most important guidelines have already been set (action, journaling, listening wisely), and our subliminals do not need guidance as they can, in unison with your subconscious mind, help you get what you desire.

But if you are an advanced user and want to achieve a greater degree of control, or to explore the way our subliminals interact with your inner being and have a greater degree of mastery over yourself, then doing such subjective explorations can be quite beneficial.

The reason this is advanced is because not only is it not required, but it requires experience from you to know what to look for. There is no set guide to follow – you must be an advanced user with some sensitivity developed already.

Once you have that, you can start noticing the different inner sensations arising, attempt to manipulate them or use them in every day life. One of the ways Saiyan4Blue did this was through active imagining – which when developed, done properly and intuitively often results in vivid sensations and actual activation of the processes of the inner being, which can cause such conscious guidance as is the case with Saiyan4Blue.

Remember, this doesn’t mean for you to start attempting to imagine everything, and you definitely should not replace taking action with exploration of inner states.

Active imagination was simply one of the triggers developed by Saiyan4Blue and is a subjective result of his exploration – yours could be the same, similar or completely different. Subliminals by their very nature, are highly subjective and intricate ways of self-development – naturally, this advanced process is even more so.

And action will always be more profound and effective – it is the most important guideline of our subliminals for a reason. This is another reason why this is for advanced users only – beginners have a tendency to avoid taking action in favor of anything else. To use exploration of the inner states to your advantage, it must always be in addition to the guidelines already established (and especially taking action).

Final Words

To sum it all up – taking good care of your body, your mind and your spirit will do wonders for your subliminal journey.

It will make things easier, less bumpy and more enjoyable overall.

Building these habits can take some time and it’s not always easy – luckily you have access to some of the most advanced subliminal technology out there now, so use them to build these habits up!

Tackle them one or two at a time and make them a part of your daily discipline. By doing this, you’ll gradually develop a real sense for discipline in your life which will help transform your whole life.
